Responsibilities include:
• Preparing and cooking meals according to menu plans
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and presentation
• Managing inventory of ingredients and reporting shortages
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Certificate or Diploma in Food Production
• Certificate in Food Handling
• Proven experience as a cook
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

All staff working in the kitchen need to have a valid food handlers’ certificate at time of appointment.
