Job Description:
Provide technical support to customers
Troubleshoot and resolve solar product issues
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
Manage and prioritize multiple customer issues simultaneously.

Full grade 12 certificate
At least two years of work experience
Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
