Boarding Patron

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Boarding Patron to join our team and provide exceptional care, mentorship, and support to our boarding students.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the welfare, safety, and well-being of boarding students.

Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.

Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.

Ensure discipline, adherence to school policies, and harmonious relationships within the boarding house.

Organize and participate in extracurricular and recreational activities for boarders.

Monitor students’ health.

Maintain boarding house facilities and report any maintenance needs.

Requirements

A passion for working with young people and supporting their development.

Must have 2 years plus experience has a boarding Patron

Full Grade 12 Certificate with 5′ O’ Levels and a minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Sciences or any related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

Flexibility to stay at the facility.
