Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field
Master’s Degree in Management or a related field
A PhD/Doctorate Degree in Management /Economics/Human Resources/Finance is mandatory
All qualifications must be in the same field of specialization
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years lecturing experience in a recognized institution
Minimum of 5 peer-reviewed publications in recognized journals in the field of specialization
