Internship Overview

As a Software Engineering / Web Development Intern at ProWeb, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our talented team of developers and engineers. Key Responsibilities

Sales Support:

– Assist the sales team in identifying and researching potential clients.

– Assist in preparation of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.

– Follow up on leads and track client communication.

Administrative Tasks:

– Manage and maintain sales records and client databases.

– Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.

– Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and reports.

Customer Relationship Management:

– Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or in-person.

– Provide exceptional customer service to current and potential clients.

– Assist in maintaining positive client relationships.

Marketing Support:

– Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials.

– Help maintain the company’s social media accounts and website content.

Web Development Support:

– Collaborate with the web development team to understand service offerings.

– Assist in communicating technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner.

– Participate in product demonstrations and training sessions.

What We’re Looking For

Education:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Basic understanding of web development and digital marketing.
