A reputable Bank is seeking to hire young energetic diploma holders who can work in a sales commissions job as Direct Sales Agents. The Direct Sales Agents will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales on various bank products.

DSAs will be required to participate in sales promotions campaigns and other marketing activities. All DSAs will have access to the detailed sales products and services that the bank offers and will report directly to the DSA Team Lead.

Responsibilities

Identifying potential customers and market potentials.

Selling and marketing different account types to customers.

Cross selling and marketing overall bank products.

Meeting monthly sales targets and expectations.

Receiving feedback from customers and drawing them to the bank’s attention.

Resolving customer complaints and issues before closing sales.

Minimum Qualifications

Grade12 certificate

Diploma in Sales, Marketing or Business-related field

Experience in sales will be an added advantage Skills

Effective communication skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Sound selling skills.

Networking skills.

Presentation Skills.
