Qualifications Required:
Head Lecturers, Lecturers
Undergraduate programmes: Minimum of a Masters Degree in the relevant field, as well as evidence of at least 5 years’ work experience in the field. 2 years’ lecturing experience in tertiary education, preferable.
Tutors
Undergraduate programmes: Minimum of an Honours Degree in the relevant field, as well as evidence of at least 2 years’ work experience in the field. 1 year tutoring experience in tertiary education, preferable.

Excellent teaching/facilitation skills in an HET context including in an online learning environment
Demonstrate flexibility in the application of various teaching and facilitation methods
