As a Business Technology Associate within our Management and Advisory firm, you will play a critical role in optimizing our client’s business processes through the implementation and management of ERP systems and databases. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, analyze processes, and leverage technology solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation and Configuration:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.

Implement, configure, and customize ERP solutions to align with clients’ needs.

Conduct system testing and ensure successful deployment of ERP systems.

Database Management:

Design, implement, and maintain relational databases.

Optimize database performance, ensuring responsiveness and efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve database issues promptly.

Training and Support:

Provide training to end-users on ERP systems and database functionalities.

Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.

Collaborate with the client’s team to ensure a smooth transition to new technologies.

Data Security and Compliance:

Implement and enforce data security measures.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Documentation:

Create comprehensive documentation for ERP configurations and database structures.

Maintain up-to-date documentation for future reference and audits.

Continuous Learning:

Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in ERP and database technologies.

Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Strong understanding of ERP systems, with hands-on experience in implementation and configuration.

Proficiency in database management, including design, optimization, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of relevant programming languages, such as SQL.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Project management experience is a plus.

Certifications in ERP systems or databases are desirable.

Proficient in HTML, PHP, and CSS
