We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to support the administrative and operational functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of administrative tasks, facilitating effective communication, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain inventory and order office supplies, ensuring essential items are always available.

Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, customers, and colleagues.

Ensure accurate Purchase requisitions, Expense filling and Invoicing

Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.

Welcome and assist visitors and ensure a professional and friendly front desk presence.

Handle general administrative tasks, including photocopying, faxing, and data entry.

Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an administrative assistant

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask, prioritizes, and manages time effectively.

Professional and pleasant demeanour with strong customer service skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.

QUALIFICATIONS

Individuals aged between 28 and 45 years old

Grade 12 Certificate

Diploma in any business related field

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to meet deadlines effectively, juggle multiple tasks at once.

Proficiency in Microsoft office suite

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
