Receptionist (Lusaka) (Position) 1


  • Minimum 5 O levels credits including Mathematics and English.
  • Diploma in Secretarial Training.
  • Diploma in a Business-related field will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office package, Office Equipment and application.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Main Duties will include;

  • Welcoming clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Responding to customer queries both telephone inbound/outbound and walk-in’s.
  • Ensuring the reception area is always clean and tidy
  • Ensuring al marketing materials at the reception are always tidily placed
  • Ensure the image of the head office is always impeccable.
