Assist superior in Human Resource policy formulation and procedures
Conducting end to end recruitment
Guide staff in performance management and development process.
Manage employee discipline and grievances across the company.
Conduct training needs assessment
Evaluate training programs
Prepare Human Resource and training budget.
Handle employee compensation & benefits
Manage induction, orientation & industrial attachment programs.
Interpreting company’s conditions of services to employees
Ensuring job profiles are up to date.
Produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements
i. Grade 12 school certificate.
ii. Degree in a Human Resource Management or equivalent.
iii. Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in Human Resource generalist
iv. Must have good understanding and able to interpret the Zambian Labour Laws.
v. Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.
vi. Experience in the construction or real estate will be an added advantage.
