The Big Green Box is a storage company that deals in secure storage. We are looking for a Sales, Admin, Customer care and marketing officer to join our administration team. The candidate should be friendly, hardworking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As the sales, customer care, and marketing officer, you will:

  • Meet and greet clients and customers
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone, and face-to-face
  • Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
  • Receipt customer payments
  • Manage customer sales lead entries
  • Manage and update client accounts and database
  • Manage customers with reminders and updates
  • Market the company products to generate new business
  • Support other departments
  • Perform general administration and logistics tasks
  • Supervise support staff

The candidate must also have the following:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A warm, approachable manner
  • At least two years of experience in a customer service position
  • Experience using MS Office software
  • Skill in logistics

Hire and use them at the Twin Palm premises or have them delivered to use as secure storage on your own site. Other options are to rent a space for the storage of your own container, secure vehicle storage, secure warehouse facilities and plots of land for larger items. The Big Green Box takes every precaution to ensure all goods are protected whilst in storage. Clients who choose to keep their goods within the premises have access during office hours.
