Our client in the mining equipment manufacturing industry is looking to hire a HSE Manager

JOB PURPOSE: Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to oversee and enhance the safety performance of our company’s operations across all locations (mining sites, remanufacturing workshop, warehouse, etc.).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Partnership & Relationship Management

  • Global Alignment & Policy Development
  • Training and Awareness
  • Risk Management

SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Advanced degree and relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, NEBOSH) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in HSE management within the mining or heavy industry sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 45001 and other relevant HSE standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire a safety culture.
