POSITION: Area Sales Coordinator

AREA: Monze.

REPORTING TO: Regional Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

The Area Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to agent recruitment, marketing, sales, customer repayments, and after-sale support in a specified area.

They play a key role in expanding the customer base, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

AGENT RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING

Identify and recruit local agents who will promote and sell pay-as-you-go solar products in the designated area.

Provide comprehensive training to agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.

MARKETING AND SALES:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote pay-as-you-go solar products and services within the area.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials.
  • Establish sales targets and ensure that agents meet or exceed them.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to the management team.

CUSTOMER ACQUISITION AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:

  • Oversee the process of acquiring new customers through agents and direct sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to improve service quality.

REPAYMENTS AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:

  • Monitor and ensure timely repayments from customers according to the pay-as-you-go system.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service department to track payments, manage arrears, and implement appropriate collection strategies.

AFTER-SALE SUPPORT:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers when needed, coordinating with the technical team.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues related to product performance, billing, or service.

COMPLIANCE AND DOCUMENTATION:

  • Ensure that all sales and operational activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales contracts, customer agreements, and other relevant paperwork.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENT

  • He/she must be a dynamic, self-motivated individual.
  • Interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Proactive decision-making skills.
  • Communication Skills
  • Diploma/Certificate in sales & Marketing
  • 2 years proven experience of sales in PAYG industry.
