Nestled within a pristine 113-hectare nature reserve in Solwezi, Zambia, Trident College has been a beacon of education and excellence since its inauguration in September 2013. As we grow and thrive within the vibrant copper mining community, we've also become the preferred boarding school in Zambia, drawing students and families from across Southern Africa.
Co-Curricular Activities
As part of our ongoing expansion and development, Trident College is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and expe rienced Deputy responsible for planning, leading, organizing and controlling co-curricular activities on the campus. This will include various sporting activities, cultural endeavours, community service, and outdoor pursuits.
The appointee will be expected to contribute to all areas of the College and assist with integrating CCA activities across all Trident schools. Experience in a boarding environment would be advantageous, while experience in a man agement role in an independent school is a prerequisite.
Trident College Solwezi forms part of the Trident Group schools, which comprises three prep schools and the college. Trident Schools are, in turn, operated by Educore Services, a leading provider of independent schooling in Zambia.
Qualifications and Other Requirements
The minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s Degree in Science with a Post Graduate Teaching Diploma. At least 5 years' experience in middle or senior management in a high school context with residential boarding. Commencement date: 1 January 2024.
