Job Description

Job Purpose:

Upkeep of reliable electrical connections and maintenance of all electrical equipment in the plant and optimizing the usability of electricity across all facilities.

Principle duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the any repair and Maintenance of the shift
• Upkeeping of the stand-by Electrical equipment
• Preventive and annual maintenance planning and ensuring all activities are carried out within time.
• Responsible for the 5 S, Top 5, Top 15 and Top 60 targets

Technical Competencies and Skills:

• Analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Computer Literate in Microsoft Excel and word.
• Organized and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Education/Professional Qualification and experience:

Craft Certificate in Electrical or Diploma in Electrical Instrumentation with a minimum of over 4 years hands-on experience.

Technical Competencies and Skills:

• Reading electrical drawings.
• Electrical wiring.
• Troubleshooting faulty equipment and machines.
• Attention to detail and critical thinking in finding solutions to challenges.
• Good verbal and written communication.
