KSM MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT, the largest HR firm in Zambia recently acquired GOZAMBIAJOBS.CO.ZM, becoming the largest recruitment platform in the country is now actively seeking to recruit for Multiple Positions for our Client in the Medical Industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • They must be articulate, presentable and also fluent in English and have experience working in admin or as a receptionist.
  • Added bonus would be if they spoke Swahili as well.
  • Welcoming patients and visitors, answering the telephone and answering any inquiries.
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the premises.
  • Scheduling appointments and keep those appointments on time.
  • Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
  • Keeping a clean and calm reception area.
  • Faxing, scanning, filing, and mailing documentation.
  • Monitoring and ordering stationery and clinical supplies.
  • Booking and organizing staff and doctor meetings.
  • Maintaining information confidentiality at all times.
  • Liaising with other medical departments.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by superiors.

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or equivalent / Bachelor’s degree (advantageous). Administration certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience at a healthcare facility in a medical receptionist role.
  • Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.
  • Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
  • Passionate about healthcare excellence.
