The MTN Graduate Development Programme combines both formal development as well as on-the-job development through placement into strategically aligned roles. The blended learning experiences will include critical experiences, immersive experiences together with coaching and mentorship.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
