Company Description
Sandy’s Creations Resort is a Zambian owned company that was established in 2005. The company operates in horticulture, retail and hospitality tourism sectors. The Resort covers 25 acres of lush landscape and consists of a Garden Centre, Shops, Restaurants, Conference Venues and Accommodation.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Officer located in Lusaka on Kafue Road. The Information Technology Officer will be responsible for troubleshooting, Technical Support, Network Administration, and System Administration. The candidate will also be required to provide Information Technology support and maintenance to other departments in the organization.
Qualifications
• Minimum Grade 12 certificate
• Diploma or higher in relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and Information Technology skills
• Experience in technical support and network Administration
• Experience in system administration
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Minimum of three (3) years of Information Technology experience in a busy environment
