Human Resource Officer
Job Overview:
Substantial experience and demonstrated knowledge in recruitment and selection, labor laws and employment standards.
Qualifications;
- Grade twelve (12) certificate
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent. Degree is an added advantage
- Minimum of two (3) years’ work experience in the related job
- Valid membership with Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
Skills/Abilities
- Strategic thinking and Analytical skills
- Conversant with Microsoft word, Excel, outlook and other software
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve problems and work independently
- Report writing
- Should be a Member of the Human Resource Association
- Should have an updated HR practicing certificate
- Male or female
