Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Manager at our Lusaka location. The Online Manager will develop and implement strategies to increase the company’s online visibility and presence. They will analyze data to measure the impact of online campaigns and direct the creation of digital content and marketing materials. The Online Manager will also manage social media accounts, regularly update the company website and manage email marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
• Experience in social media management and email marketing campaigns.
• Experience using Google Analytics and other analytics tools, as well as in-depth knowledge of web design techniques and tools.
• Proficient in online marketing software and platforms such as Hootsuite, Hubspot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and with minimal supervision.
• Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus.
