Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Bartender role located at Best Western Plus Lusaka Grand Hotel. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling cash, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills
• Experience in food and beverage industry
• Cash handling experience
• Bartending knowledge and experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Grade 12 certificate, hospitality qualification will be a plus
• Professional bartending certification is a plus
