Job Description:
Position Overview:
As a Service Delivery Coordinator at you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our services. You will be responsible for coordinating technical teams, managing schedules, generating job cards, and ensuring that our technicians meet service delivery objectives. Additionally, you will handle client onboarding and offboarding processes, conduct reconciliations, and produce relevant reports for the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Coordination:
· Effectively plan, schedule and dispatch technical teams to service locations.
· Assign tasks and responsibilities to technicians based on job requirements.
· Monitor team progress and ensure jobs are completed to a high standard, in a timely manner.
Job Card Generation:
· Create detailed job cards and ensure effective process flow from generation of job card to completion of job.
· Ensure accurate and complete documentation of job-related information.
Service Efficiency:
· Track and analyse technician performance to optimize service delivery efficiency.
· Identify and address any obstacles or delays in service delivery.
· Forcast jobs and create schedules that allow for the effective execution of servicing and installations.
Client Management:
· Facilitate detailed client onboarding and offboarding processes.
· Maintain strong client relationships and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Reconciliation:
· Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accurate billing and resource allocation.
Reporting:
· Generate and maintain reports related to service delivery performance.
· Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
