HR Graduate Trainee

Yalelo is seeking a highly motivated and energetic self-starter to take up the temporary role of HR Graduate Trainee.

The HR Graduate Trainee will support with record management of Junior staff documents and other admistrative tasks that may be assigned to him/her.

The Right Fit candidate will:

• Handle junior employee records, ensuring correct and complete data is stored on the file (Physical and electronic records)
• Support with payroll inputs and payroll updates.
• Support with induction of new employees and conducting training on company policies and procedures.
• Support in preparing junior contract employees.
• Resolve employee queries relating to health and safety and welfare among others.
• Monitor employee attendance and performance.
• Assist with coordinating HR projects.

The Essentials:

Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Administration or any related field .
