Part-Time Customer Support Manager

Nector Prime Accounting Solutions is a firm of chartered accountants housed at Findeco House 7th Floor suite 8, Cairo Road Lusaka Zambia. The core business of this firm is to deal with non- audit accounting services as regulated by The Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants.

The firm offer two popular accounting packages as follows:

(1) Ca Premier Accounting Package (Both local area network & standalone) with copyright owned by Mr. Christopher Hankwembo

(2) Alexander II Cloud Accounting Software with copyright wholly owned by Nector Prime Accounting Solutions.

Due to increase in clients base we are now looking for a part-time Customer Support Manager with the listed credentials below:

Qualifications

(1) ACCA/ZICA/CIMA Foundation

(2) Core Qualification BSc in Software Engineering

Core Experience

(1) Fluent in VBA (Visual Basic for Application) Winsock TCP/IP programing not negotiable

(2) Fluent in translating C++ to VBA as this is the foundation of the above software

(3) Fluent in using VBA libraries to tap windows APIs (Application Programing Interface)

(4) Fluent in using Json formatter an intermediary internet vehicle

(5) Knowledge of cloud-based database management a must

(6) Able to compose DNS (Data source name) ODBC string for cloud SQL Server AZURE

(7) Fluent use of VBA to link tables, reports, forms and action queries on a fly

(8) Able to use VBA to construct a memory record set

(9) Able to code Trial balance, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss account, customer /creditors statements and other accounting report using VBA

IMIS membership will be added advantage

ZICA membership is also a plus
