Reporting Line:

This position will report to the Manager Estates and Properties.

Overall Purpose:

To provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of Estates and Property department.

Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Billing both commercial and residential Tenants.
  • Capturing payments.
  • Raising payment Advice for various payments.
  • Filing documents.
  • Receiving and Dispatching documents.
  • Drafting/ Typing memo or cover letters, for Lease dispatch, For Various Requests, for Rental payments.
  • Electrical Works.
  • Receiving Visitors.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Full grade 12 Certificate
  • Certificate or Diploma in Real Estate Management (A Degree will be an added advantage)
  • Membership to a relevant professional body
  • At least two (2) years’ experience from a previous similar position
