Issuing Officer (Warehouse)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervising Stock Handlers to ensure accuracy in loading customer goods.
• Preparing daily workload for casual staff according to quantity loaded.
• Ensuring that each truck is loaded at a good speed to achieve the target.
• Directing, Controlling, organizing and motivating Casual workers.
• Ensuring the efficient application of manpower resources in the warehouse.
• Creating safety and security awareness amongst casual manpower on a continuous basis.
• Identifying Safety and Security hazards in the warehouse and reporting immediately.

Education and Work Experience

• Diploma/Degree in relevant field
• 6 months to 1 year experience in related field.
• Ideal candidate must posses the following:
• Must be able to manage casual workers,
• Good with Storekeeping, Records Keeping and Stores Accounting.
