The Zambia Daily Mail is a Limited Company wholly owned by the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC). The Company is incorporated under the Companies Act, number 10 of 2017 of the Laws of Zambia. It is one of the leading publishers of daily newspapers in Zambia.

Sales Executives

We are seeking talented Sales Executives to join our successful team and contribute to our continued growth.

5.1 Responsibilities

a) Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

b) identify and approach prospective clients, building a robust pipeline of opportunities.

c) Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and identify key industry trends.

d) Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.

e) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

f) Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors' activities.

5.2 Requirements

a) Full Grade 12 certificate.

b) Minimum of Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, ZIM Certified Professional Marketing Programme, ZIM Professional Diploma in Marketing or Chartered Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM).

c) Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

d) Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.

e) Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of sales processes.

f) Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently

g) Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

h) Membership of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) is a must.
