Sales Representatives

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
  • Contact new and existing customers ensuring they are registered and using the ordering via the app
  • Emphasize the apps features to maximize legitimate sales
  • Must be able to travel to new markets
  • Carry out stock takes at depots throughout the company
  • Collaborate with colleagues where necessary to efficiently supply customers
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
  • Process transactions (invoicing and delivery notes for formal outlets) in expedite delivery.
  • Collect customer orders, process sales, transactions through the POS system
  • Prepare customer sales dispatch scheduling for informal outlets Depots and truck Sales

Qualifications

  • Full grade 12 certificate
  • Must have a Certificate/Diploma in Accounts/Marketing or Information Technology
  • Must be computer literate with better skills in MS applications i.e., Excel, Word
  • At-least 4 years work experience with a clean record
  • A mature and responsible individual preferably aged 25 years and above
  • Proven record of achieving targets

Other Skills

  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good communicator, able to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Stable personality with a passion for sales and marketing
  • Team player able to work with minimum supervision
  • Leadership, managerial skills, integrity and be honest
  • Fast leaner and easy to adapt to new environments.
