Impact Enterprises is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant with a primary focus on recruiting and sourcing candidates.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Recruitment & Sourcing:**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and competencies needed for open positions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, and social media
- Screen resumes and applications for suitability.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
2. **Candidate Experience:**
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and address any inquiries or concerns.
3. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics.
4. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay updated with the latest trends in recruitment and suggest improvements to our hiring processes.
- Attend workshops and seminars to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in using ATS and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and best recruitment practices.
