Job Purpose:

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Projects Manager to lead and oversee our sales projects team. The Sales Projects Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring various sales & Route-To-Market initiatives and projects to ensure successful outcomes, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, project management, and interpersonal skills.

Key outputs and responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of sales projects, from initiation to completion. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones. Allocate resources effectively and monitor project progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales teams, marketing, product development, and other relevant departments to align project objectives, strategies, and goals. Foster a cohesive and collaborative environment to ensure project success.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of sales strategies by providing insights and recommendations based on project outcomes and market trends. Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions to drive revenue growth.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership abilities, including team management, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Proficiency in project management software and CRM systems.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.



Business Related Qualification


Proven experience in sales project management, preferably in a leadership role.
