Plumber

Silverlands Ranching Limited is an agricultural business which operates in Zimba, Southern Province. The company wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified Zambians to fill in the position of a Plumber. The applicant must be able to carry out the following:

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in existing structures
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings to plan and execute plumbing layouts and installations.
• Collaborating with other construction professionals and following building codes and safety regulations
• Responding to, diagnosing, and resolving plumbing emergencies and issues
• Cutting, welding, and assembling pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure
• Installing and maintaining water supply systems and various household and building appliances

Requirements

• Proven experience as a plumber and excellent knowledge of plumbing
• Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
• Excellent physical condition
• Diploma/Certificate in plumbing
