PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR x 2.
Department : Production – Dairy
Reporting to: Plant Manager -Dairy
JOB SUMMARY/ DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Plan, schedule and manage daily production of dairy products.
- Oversee functions like: packaging, maintenance, budgets and manpower.
- Analyse the production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Responsible for all the Govt./regulatory compliances.
- Liaison with other departments like commercial, Store, Quality and Human Resource.
- Responsible for compliance of GMP/GHK in the factory.
- Manages the product & package attributes’ compliance.
- Manages documentation, certification like ISO9001:2015, HACCP and other requirements.
- Monitoring productivity rates and product standards and implement the quality control programmes.
- Organise the repair of any damaged production machine and prepare CAPA.
- Review worker performance and identify the training needs.
- And other assigned duties by your supervisor
- 5 years experience
- Must have a minimum of Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised institution of learning.
