Assistant Supervisor – Fish Harvest (X2)

The Assistant Supervisor – Harvest will be responsible for overseeing various harvesting operations to ensure company harvesting target and goals are met.

The right fit candidate will:

• Supervise employees harvesting fish from the lake and ensure SOP’s are adhered to at all times.
• Train employees to ensure safe operating procedures are followed when harvesting Fish
• Prepare work schedule for harvesters
• Operate harvest equipment
• Maintain safety and environmental self-audits & visual checks
• Champions all safety or ergonomic activities for the harvesting team and helps to develop and implement Yalelo Ltd safety goals
• Adhere to product specification requirements throughout harvest to maintain desired product quality results

The Essentials:

• Full grade 12 certificate
• Diploma or better in Fisheries Science, Fisheries Management or related qualification
• Minimum 2 years related harvesting operations experience.
