Educore Services provides world class, cutting edge, sustainable education through its school groups Trident schools, Sentinel schools and Frontier schools. These three school groups provide inclusive education at all levels of the community and are based in the North Western Province with a recent addition in Lusaka Province of Zambia.
They are seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, and enthusiastic Human Resource Officer who will report to the Human Resource Manager and directly contribute to all areas of human capital management. This position is based in Solwezi and is for four (4) months.
Main Purpose of the Job
This role is a point of contact for organisational HR concerns and works closely with the schools and the Finance department. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for updating and maintaining the HR records, management of personal files, provision of guidance with regards to labour laws to ensure compliance, manage pension and gratuity, staff development, staff engagement, staff welfare and enforce organisational discipline.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant social science.
- Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM)
- Minimum three years’ work experience in Human Resource management
