Purpose of the role:
The Training administrator will join a versatile training team and be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the training section by constant liaison with management, understanding the company corporate strategy, training strategy, coordinating budget planning, coordinating and organizing training programs for both customers and internal staff, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders, effective records management of all training transactions in liaison with the trainers and effective resources mobilization/use.
Reports to: Assistant Manager – Training & Human Capital
