Ambro Group of Companies/Kings Chemicals Limited, a Zambian registered entity is seeking for the services of a highly motivated and diligent Human Resources Manager to join the organization.

The candidate should possess the following attributes, skills and qualifications:

1) Human Resource Manager Responsibilities; Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.

2) Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.

3) Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.

4) Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.

5) Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.

6) Assist with performance management procedures.

7) Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.

8) Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

9) Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.

10) Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.

11) Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.

12) Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

13) Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

This job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:

Required Skills and Competences

  • Accredited with the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management
  • Full Grade 12 Certificate with atleast Six (6) Credits or better.
  • A Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business/Public Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years+ relevant work experience in a busy organization.
  • Conversant with the labour laws of Zambia.
  • Good management and negotiating skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail to ensure the highest accuracy.
  • Strong numerical skills & analytical mind
  • Extremely vigilant and innovative skills and abilities:
  • Must be a good team player.
  • Multi-skilled and hardworking, with a meticulous and efficient work ethic
  • Ability to follow processes and procedure
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
