Job Purpose & Scope
To recruit, train, coach and lead a team of sales consultants. The support provided by the Team leader must help sales consultants grow their income and career.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Recruit and retain a minimum suitable caliber of Sales Consultants who must be supported to achieve budgeted sales targets per month.
2. Achieve the Team’s monthly Annual Premium equivalent (APE) targets.
3. Assisting in the Training of all Sales Agents in your team including induction of new recruits to ensure all are able to discharge their individual roles with high productivity and competency.
4. Accurate record keeping: Maintain accurate team records – Team members’ production, Daily Key result Areas, weekly submissions, RTBs, and policy document delivery records.
5. Formulation of effective field sales programs which must be finalized by the ADE.
6. Train and coach agents to become future agency leaders
7. Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
a. Remuneration & Other Conditions:
1. Monthly performance base retainer
2. Direct Commission on Own Business
3. Overriding Commission on the team’s performance
4. Monthly Mobile phone airtime.
