Volunteers
Forum for African Women Educationalists of Zambia, a gender justice non-governmental and not for profit organisation working in the education sector seeks to recruit self-motivated and experienced Volunteers for the organisation’s exciting programme in the areas of Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning and Resource Mobilisation.
Reporting to the Executive Director the summary duties and responsibilities of the Volunteers will be as follows:
(a) Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Specialist: The suitable candidate shall be responsible for observing and ensuring high-quality and timely programme inputs, and that its activities result in the achievement of its intended outputs in a cost-effective and timely manner. S/He shall also be the organisation’s link pin for researches and evaluations the organisation shall undertake.
(b) Resource Mobilisation Specialist: the suitable candidate shall undertake the following functions: Conduct research on potential donors/partners proactively; Identify funding opportunities; Engage with current and new donors; Build new strategic partnerships; Develop proposals and concept notes to diverse sources and; Develop and strengthen partnerships for joint proposals with credible organisation.
