Lusaka Institute of Applied Sciences (LIAS) has over 10 years of experience in training Health professionals at Diploma level and has up to date, qualified over 2, 500 Registered Nurses andClinical Officers. The Institution has set itself on a firm expansion course and changing stakeholder environment being experienced across the country, a number of opportunities and challenges have emerged with this phenomenon.

In its quest to meet National and Global Human Resource needs the Institution has embarked on a new strategy to maintain its progress. In view of this, the College is therefore seeking the services of selfless goal-oriented, qualified and skilled individuals to take up the following Lecturing Positions on a full-time basis:

Job Purpose of Lecturer

Employed Lecturers will be expected to participate in teaching (full-time and distance learning) conduct research, consultancy, and service to the community.

Qualifications

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate with 05 Credits or better
• An earned Bachelor of Science degree in Public HealthNursing from a reputable and accredited University
• Computer literate
• Demonstrated ability to conduct research and write scholarly publications
• At least three (03) years teaching experience at College or University level will be an added advantage
