We are looking for an ambitious Operations &Hospitality Manager who will assist us in organizing the daily operations of our facilities mainly at Sakae Paradise Resort and The Cubes
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Organise and Co-ordinate staff and operations
2. Supervise and co-ordinate various tasks like housekeeping, food and beverage, room service, front office and other routine operations.
3. Ensure that guests have an excellent staying experience.
4. Ensure all activities in respect of serving guests run smoothly
5. Supervise and oversee staff members.
6. Check supplies and equipment quantity and quality.
7. Develop and communicate standard operating procedures
8. Establish standards for customer service
9. Keep and update relevant documents and records
10. Create Reports for for Senior Management
1. Previous work experience as a hospitality manager for at least 5 years
2. Working experience in customer service or sales
3. Knowledge of the best practices and procedures for customer service, hospitality management and hotel operations
4. Hands on Experience with MS Office Suite and a property management system
5. Excellent Communication, leadership, relationship building and interpersonal skills.
6. Problem Solving Aptitude
7. Outstanding Communication (Verbal and Written)
8. Degree in hospitality management or similar relevant field
