In accordance with the company’s HR regulations and labor law’s implement employee training, work, salary calculation, performance management and employee relationship management.

Job Description

  • Accept relevant inquiries from employees and explain the company’s
  • remuneration and welfare policies and calculation process
  • Finish the monthly salary calculation on time and handle abnormal incidents of salary accounting ;
  • Handle employee relationship events in various departments, such as dismissal, resignation, warning letters, etc and inform the recruitment officer to prepare for the dept replacement demand
  • Put forward rectification opinions and supervise improvements to the corresponding problems departments face in response to the problems reported by employees daily
  • Maintain the employee file management work, and carry out regular updates, sorting, and storage
  • Settling disputes in the workspace
  • Manage employee labor contracts and probation confirmation work
  • Follow up on the signing of the labor contracts and the confirmation of probation employees as scheduled

Qualifications

  • BaBachelor'segree in Human Resource Management/Business Related
  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Knowledge of Zambian Labor Laws
  • 5 years Job experience, 3 Industry and 2 Related
  • Can work under pressure and under minimum Supervision
  • Between 28-35 years Of Age
