Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Minimum of 2 years banking / Fintech experience
  • Hands on experience in e-banking product development and implementation

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor and optimize eTumba operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency in addressing customer needs as well as internal controls.
  • Support customer management, incl. onboarding, KYC upgrades, ensuring compliance, data consistency and best-in-class user experience.
  • Establish customer feedback channels, gather, compile and analyze user feedback to allow for continuous product development and process improvement.
  • Provide information and trainings to contact center, branch staff, sales agents and other stakeholders.•Conduct reconciliation activities on a daily basis.
