Accounts Assistant– Kitwe Processing

The Required Skills for this Role Include:

• Raising and resolution of queries to the relevant departments
• Accurate processing and posting of price claims and stock transfer for northern region outlets and wholesale
• Preparation of quantity throughput for all the outlets to help minimise stock loss in the outlets
• Ensure that the figures/data on the trading return reports is accurate and correctly adding up
• Ensure all outlets weekly trading returns are submitted by appropriate area managers
• Tracking of supplier’s external invoices and ensure they are submitted on time for posting capturing and verifying closing stocks for northern region outlets and wholesales
• Identifying and preparation of a schedule for invoices that have goods in transit.

The Required Attributes Include:

• Expert in multi-tasking, time management and planning of work.
• Out-of-the-box thinking
• Quick learner and works well under pressure.
• Strong business acumen.
• Strong knowledge of Excel – modeling experience preferred.
• Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholder.
