Producer/Production Manager

A Producer/Production Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the production process for various marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing the production process for various marketing campaigns, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Communicating with the Account Managers/Clients to understand their needs and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Managing and mentoring a team of production staff
• Overseeing the development of creative concepts and ensuring that they align with the client’s brand and objectives
• Liaise with the Creative Director, Casting Manager, Studio & Equipment Manager, Editing Team, and Graphics Team
• Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as marketing, advertising, or production management
• 5+ years of experience in a production or project management role in a marketing or advertising agency
• Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Familiarity with industry-standard production software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
• Knowledge of using Nifty is a plus
