Required Skills
•Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or comparable qualification with 5+ years’ experience in IT. Or Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or comparable qualification with 7+ years’ experience in IT.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and regularly refresh systems and networks procedures and strategy in line with current and emerging business needs and technology
- Manage and support the business by supervising & performing deployment, configuration, maintenance of systems and networks infrastructure
- Work closely with other teams to support issue management on the service desk (IT Service Desk)
- Ensure that policies, procedures, and process are documented and provided to various stakeholders
