Service Agreement Specialist

Mission

This role is to align and ensure compliance within the Customer service agreements against the Contractual and group requirements over the period of the Service agreement. This position will enable the incubent to take part in the growth opportunities available in Epiroc in the country and globally.

The position

• Support Team to negotiate contract agreements for products and Services
• Assessing Service contract performance and service profitability to identify the needs for amendments of existing contracts
• Preparing and editing contracts between the company and potential customers.
• Handle breach of contracts in a timely manner.
• Audit service agreements internally and provide action plan to improve efficiencies within the department.
• Coordinate with customers to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the terms and regulations

Requirements

The position requires to be energetic both analytically and administratively. This will allow the position to provide responses to the Customers requirements in the shortest period of time.

Graduate Engineer in Mining/Mechanical or equivalent
