Effective and efficient managing of resources (equipments and labour) to achieve the desired objectives of the company Efficient Management and control of issuing to ensure accuracy, intergrity and the right condition of stock for achiving customer service target.

Job Description

• Supervising Stock Handlers and Casual workers to ensure accuracy in loading customer goods;
• Preparing daily workload for casual staff according to quantity loaded
• Ensuring that each truck is loaded at a good speed to achieve the target
• Directing, Controlling, organizing and motivating Casual workers
• Ensuring the efficient application of manpower resources in the warehouse
• According to waybill, confirm the quantity and quality of the goods to be prepared
• Ensuring that pallets, belts, push trucks and other resources are arranged nicely after work.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 certificate
• Bachelors Degree//Diploma
• At least 2 years warehouse experience
• 25-30 years of age
• Good Communication skills
• team work abilities
