To expand Liquid Satellite Services business across Africa by pushing sales and managing commercial proposals. Increasing revenue and margin through proactive selling and deal negotiations with partners. Manage key accounts across the African continent and grow both the reseller and Enterprise customer base.
- Proactively work with existing customers to grow wallet share
- Maintain and develop existing customer relationship and increase stickiness
- Manage customer requirements and expectations during sales cycle
- Ensure all new accounts are brought on in line with customer onboarding process
- Initiate, maintain and grow key relationships with key stakeholders throughout the customer base
- Target new customers to expand Satellite & VSAT services across the African continent
- Ensure all opportunities are logged in SFDC and updated correctly at each stage of the process
- Diploma in a relevant field
- Experience in the same or similar role with a Telco or ISP
- Satellite products and solution sales experience
- Telecom/ISP/ICT Sales related systems
