AB Bank Zambia is looking for a Human Resource Assistant with the following requirements:

  • College Diploma Business / Commerce / Management related to Human Resource Management, Public Administration or any relevant field
  • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position is an added advantage
  • Must be a member of ZIHRM

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Record maintenance for payroll processing as well as provide clerical support to all employees.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
